Job summary

Responsibilities

• Apply Building Act 1993, Building Regulations 2018, NCC/BCA 2022, relevant Australian Standards, and associated legislation.
• Prepare RFIs, reports, letters, permits, and professional correspondence.
• Lodge statutory forms (S80, S73, S30) and assemble permit documentation.
• Utilize statutory/permit software and maintain strong general computer literacy.
• Establish files, manage data entry, and ensure accurate documentation throughout the permit lifecycle.
• Liaise with councils, clients, consultants, and other stakeholders.
