Responsibilities

• Assessments & Approvals: Conduct thorough building rules assessments and issue timely approvals.
• Portal Management: Lodge and manage applications via the PlanSA Portal.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate authority approvals, applications, and refer engineering matters to consulting structural engineers.
• Inspections: Undertake comprehensive site inspections (including occasional interstate travel).
• Reporting & Advice: Prepare professional compliance reports and provide confidential, expert advice to clients.
• Administration: Maintain accurate client databases, project registrations, and rigorous record-keeping.
