You will manage PlanSA portal submissions, prepare professional compliance reports, and advise clients with precise documentation. The role demands accreditation and strong time-management and reporting skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as Building Surveyor.
• Strong knowledge of building control and development approvals.
• Active accreditation through Accredited Professionals Scheme.
• Excellent time management and report-writing skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and modern database systems.

Responsibilities

• Assessments & Approvals: Conduct thorough building rules assessments and issue timely approvals.
• Portal Management: Lodge and manage applications via the PlanSA Portal.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate authority approvals, applications, and refer engineering matters to consulting structural engineers.
• Inspections: Undertake comprehensive site inspections (including occasional interstate travel).
• Reporting & Advice: Prepare professional compliance reports and provide confidential, expert advice to clients.
• Administration: Maintain accurate client databases, project registrations, and rigorous record-keeping.
