As a Data Enablement Lead, you will leverage your expertise in data management, analytics, governance, and stakeholder engagement to deliver trusted, high‑quality data solutions that support strategic business outcomes. Working closely with stakeholders across Billing & Credit and the wider organisation, this role will drive data maturity, manage data risk and control frameworks, lead remediation initiatives, and ensure best‑practice delivery of data services. The successful candidate will champion a strong data culture by improving secure data accessibility, developing robust data pipelines and single sources of truth, and enabling informed decision‑making that enhances operational performance, customer outcomes, collections effectiveness, and business growth.
