Job summary

Hudson Talent Solutions is seeking a Reporting Specialist for an Enterprise/Financial Services RPO account in Sydney. You will analyze recruitment processes, improve information management, and deliver insights to support TA and client HR decision-making.

You will design reporting strategies, manage analytics projects end-to-end, and drive automation with AI and Power Platform to optimise processes.

Qualifications

5+ years in reporting or data analysis; RPO experience preferred.
Proficiency in Excel and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
Experience with ATS/CRM/HRIS systems (Workday, SuccessFactors, Avature, Smart Recruiters).
Strong financial acumen with the ability to interpret and analyze budget data.
Champion innovation by driving adoption of AI, automation, and Power Platform.
Experience working with management on strategic-level reporting.
Proven track record in managing reporting and analytics projects from conception to implementation.
Excellent relationship management and cross-level communication skills.

Responsibilities

Operate as a dedicated resource for a Banking & Financial Services RPO account; align reporting with client priorities and SLAs.
Maintain data governance and ensure compliance across Avature and BI systems.
Design and implement reporting strategies and analytics projects from conception to delivery.
Drive innovation by introducing automation, AI, and Power Platform solutions to optimize reporting processes.
Support budgeting by providing accurate reporting and financial insights for resource allocation.
Collaborate with senior management on strategic initiatives and present insights for decision-making.
Build strong stakeholder relationships to ensure outputs align with business objectives.
