Job summary

You will shape platform strategy, work with senior HR and technology stakeholders, and set engineering standards while embedding best practices across the team.

You will champion AI-driven capabilities and automation to simplify workflows, improve decision-making and deliver a seamless employee experience across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience delivering enterprise-scale HRSD solutions.
• Strong expertise in complex workflow design and AI-driven capabilities.
• Experience leading integrations using REST and SOAP with governance standards.
• Ability to influence technical direction and improve platform scalability.
• Experience using automation and AI tools to improve engineering efficiency.
