Overview

Based in Canberra, the Senior Relationship Manager will be responsible for driving balance sheet and revenue growth through exceptional relationship management and deep client insights. Working across the Residential Real Estate, Commercial Real Estate, and Strata sectors, this individual will deliver tailored financial solutions, support complex lending needs, and build long-term client partnerships.

This role is with Profusion, a leading global financial services group with over five decades of operation and a presence in 31 international markets. Locally, the Banking and Financial Services division has supported small to medium businesses, professionals, and high-net-worth individuals for over 30 years.

Skills & Experience

• Prior experience as a Relationship Manager in business banking
• Strong skills in cash flow lending and transactional banking
• Ability to assess and interpret complex financials and business structures
• Proven track record in delivering results and achieving growth targets
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
