Job summary

Westpac Group in Adelaide seeks a Senior Relationship Manager to lead relationships with medium to large businesses in the CBD and regional areas. You will drive growth, tailor banking solutions and manage end‑to‑end client experiences in a permanent full‑time capacity.

You will operate in market without an inherited portfolio, building networks with business leaders and partners while delivering exceptional service and risk‑aware lending solutions across commercial banking.

Qualifications

• Excellent business development and networking abilities.

Ready to make a real impact with South Australia's business community? As a Senior Relationship Manager in our Commercial Banking team, you'll build and grow relationships with medium to large businesses across Adelaide CBD, Tarndanya, Kaurna Country.

This is a permanent full time opportunity where you'll help customers navigate growth, investment and opportunity through tailored banking solutions. You'll be out in market connecting with business leaders, referral partners and industry networks, identifying new customer opportunities while delivering exceptional support to existing clients.

With no existing portfolio to inherit, you'll have the freedom to create your own success, build lasting relationships and make your mark in one of Australia's leading banking teams.

What do I need?

• Strong commercial lending capability and experience managing complex customer relationships
• Experience in corporate and commercial lending
• Strong credit analysis and risk assessment skills
• Experience structuring complex lending solutions
• Strong business development, networking and relationship building capability
