Job summary

Westpac Group in Sydney is seeking a Senior Product Manager to shape the strategy, roadmap and evolution of our Business Credit Cards portfolio. You’ll join the BTB Business Credit Cards team to align customer insights, market trends and performance data to opportunities and improvements.

This is a 12-month fixed-term, full-time hybrid role based in Sydney / Warrane (Gadigal Country), with two days per week onsite.

Qualifications

• Experience across product management, product strategy or product development in a regulated environment.
• Ability to use customer, performance and market insights to guide decisions and prioritisation.
• Experience delivering initiatives that improve customer outcomes, products or processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, roadmap and evolution of the Business Credit Cards portfolio.
• Collaborate with risk, technology, operations and delivery teams to create great customer experiences while meeting regulatory requirements.

What’s the role?

Looking for an opportunity to shape the future of business banking products? As Senior Product Manager, you'll help lead the strategy, roadmap and evolution of our Business Credit Cards portfolio.

Working as part of the BTB Business Credit Cards team, you'll bring together customer insights, market trends and performance data to identify opportunities and deliver improvements that matter. You'll collaborate with colleagues across risk, technology, operations and delivery teams to create great customer experiences while ensuring products continue to meet regulatory requirements.

This is a 12-month fixed term contract, full-time hybrid role based in Sydney / Warrane, Gadigal Country, with two days per week onsite.

What do I need?

• Experience across product management, product strategy or product development in a regulated environment
• Ability to use customer, performance and market insights to guide decisions and prioritisation
• Experience delivering initiatives that improve customer outcomes, products or processes
• Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills across diverse teams
• Strong problem-solving capability with a customer focused mindset
