Senior Recruitment Consultant – Technology — Sydney Office, Hybrid

Base pay range: A$90,000.00/yr - A$110,000.00/yr

Commission: Up to 40% of billings

Responsibilities

• Build long lasting relationships with candidates and clients
• Business development, building new client relationships through cold calling, meetings and networking
• Keeping up to date with industry knowledge and mapping out your market
• Finding the best talent in your market by networking, headhunting and other recruitment efforts
• Negotiating with both clients and candidates

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build a client and candidate base within your niche market. The preference is technology / software but we are open to other areas if you are happy to transfer.
• Proven track record of sales billings and success.
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
