Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group is recruiting a Recruitment Consultant (B2B Sales) focused on Technology for the Australian market. You will source candidates, build client relationships, manage end-to-end recruitment, and become an expert in one technology sector.

You will receive full training, uncapped commissions, and clear progression paths. A dynamic, collaborative team culture and frequent events are offered as part of TRG's employee development ethos.

Qualifications

• Outbound sales or recruitment experience required.
• Australian PR or citizen required.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive full training and support on the sales development pathway.
• Proactively source candidates and manage recruitment processes.
• Identify and build relationships with new and existing clients.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment: interviews, salary negotiation, closing.
• Develop expertise in one technology market.
• Attend in-person meetings and events.

• Outbound sales or Recruitment experience
• Ambitious, driven & resilient individuals with a desire to improve and progress in your career

What you'll be doing:

• You'll receive full training and support on your sales development pathway
• Proactively sourcing candidates and managing your processes
• Seeking out and building relationships with new and existing clients to identify new roles
• Manage the end to end recruitment process - arranging interviews, salary negotiation and closing
• Become an expert in one of our technology markets
• Attend in-person meeting and events
