Job Description

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be the bridge between businesses in need of exceptional talent and job seekers seeking their dream roles. Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing new business over the phone and face-to-face, and building long-term client relationships.
• Understanding client hiring needs and offering practical advice to find the right candidates.
• Negotiating terms and fees to create strong partnerships.
• Building market knowledge through networking, asking the right questions and staying close to industry trends.
• Attracting and engaging with top candidates.
• Supporting clients and candidates through interviews and offers, creating a smooth and positive experience.
• Working closely with a high-performing team, sharing knowledge and supporting each other's success.

To be a successful recruiter you need drive, resilience and a passion for building long term relationships. You must also have a clear sales aptitude and be comfortable with prospecting business from customers over the phone.
