• Build strong B2B relationships to source new clients for recruitment and migration services.
• Have an extensive Blue-Collar network of small and large potential clients
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
• Develop a candidate pool for key positions, with a focus on international talent.
• Utilize platforms like LinkedIn, Seek, and Indeed for candidate and client sourcing.
• Maintain records.
• Contribute to talent acquisition strategies and improvements.
• Prepare monthly talent acquisition reports.
