You will identify opportunities, negotiate contracts, and convert leads into signed management agreements, aiming for 10–15 new properties per month in a flexible, commission-driven role.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience growing a property management rent roll.
• Ability to secure 10–15 new managements per month.
• Existing network of landlords, property investors, developers and referral partners is highly desirable.
• Ability to generate your own leads and convert them into signed management agreements.
• Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated track record of bringing new properties into a rent roll.
• Motivated, independent and confident in ability to deliver results.
