Qualifications

• Previous real estate experience in sales, property management or business development.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confident, motivated and driven to achieve results.
• Professional presentation and excellent negotiation skills.
• Current Certificate of Registration or NSW real estate licence.
• Reliable vehicle and driver's licence.

Responsibilities

• Convert quality leads and referrals into new managements.
• Conduct rental appraisals and secure new business.
• Build strong relationships with landlords and investors.
