Nurturing Home Care in Brisbane is seeking a Senior Realestate Business Development Manager to drive rent roll growth by securing management agreements with landlords and investors. You will build a strong pipeline and leverage your network to deliver sustained property acquisitions.

You will identify opportunities, negotiate contracts, and convert leads into signed management agreements, aiming for 10–15 new properties per month in a flexible, commission-driven role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience growing a property management rent roll.
• Ability to secure 10–15 new managements per month.
• Existing network of landlords, property investors, developers and referral partners is highly desirable.
• Ability to generate your own leads and convert them into signed management agreements.
• Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.
