Job summary

NorthStone Talent Partners – Sydney CBD NSW is seeking a hands-on procurement lead to manage the end-to-end supply chain for a logistics business new to Australia. You will shape the procurement strategy for goods and services, build the local vendor network and lead tenders, negotiations and contract execution.

Day-to-day you will collaborate with sales, operations and warehouse teams to align supply arrangements and freight capacity with growth plans.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement or supply chain, logistics, freight or transport.
• Established network of supplier relationships within logistics or freight (nice to have).
• Strong track record of supplier negotiation and cost management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a procurement strategy for goods, services and freight.
• Identify, onboard and develop new local and international vendors.
• Lead end-to-end tender processes, supplier negotiations and contract execution.
