Qualificações

• Ability to identify and implement smart solutions to unique underwriting situations.
• Strong knowledge of pricing, alternative risk transfer and reserve development.
• Awareness of other departments’ underwriting appetites and interdepartmental relationships.
• Sound judgement to recommend coverage tailoring and policy wording.
• Familiarity with competitor products and services.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve new business, rate and retention targets for the assigned book of business.
• Monitor open claims for assigned accounts and make recommendations as needed.
• Prepare thoroughly for account reviews with knowledge of risk, trends and Chubb’s capabilities.
• Adhere to underwriting, compliance and file documentation standards.
• Evaluate and accept or decline new lines, renewals and endorsements within delegated authority.
• Develop and implement business development strategies across broker segments.
