Gough Recruitment is seeking a Property Manager in Sydney to join a well‑established real estate business known for staff development and a supportive culture. The portfolio will be tailored to your experience, with training and mentoring provided, and a clear path to advance within the team.

This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends, management of 120–180 properties depending on experience, and a pathway to long‑term career growth within a thriving office environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within real estate or property management.
• Certificate of Registration is required.
• Driver’s license and reliable car.

Responsibilities

• Managing a residential portfolio.
• Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Coordinating repairs and maintenance.
• Conducting routine inspections.
• Completing ingoing and outgoing inspections.
• Managing rental arrears.
• Preparing lease agreements and renewals.
• Handling day-to-day property management enquiries.
• Providing a high level of service across the portfolio.
