NewU Recruitment is partnering with a boutique Western Suburbs agency to recruit an Assistant / Junior Property Manager. You will be supported by an experienced Head of Department and given exposure to all aspects of property management, with a clear pathway to managing your own portfolio.

This role offers hands-on training, a collaborative environment and a genuine plan to develop your skills and progress into a senior PM position over time.

• Previous experience in Real Estate or Property Management.
• Current WA Property Registration – essential.
• Professional presentation and confident communication style.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Ready to take the next step in Property Management? This could be the role you’ve been waiting for! Our client is a boutique Western Suburbs agency that has continued to grow from strength to strength. They’re now looking for an Assistant / Junior Property Manager to join their Property Management team and work alongside an experienced and highly supportive Head of Department.

This is not your typical junior role. You’ll get hands-on exposure to all aspects of Property Management, plenty of support and training, and a genuine pathway to managing your own portfolio.

About The Role

• Supporting the day-to-day management of a residential portfolio.
• Property management administration and coordination.
• Invoicing, reporting and property file management.
• Tracking key dates and compliance requirements.
• Responding to owner and tenant enquiries.
• Coordinating property maintenance and repairs.
• Assisting with arrears and funds management.
• Attending final inspections and home opens.
• Learning the systems, processes and skills required to become a confident Property Manager.
• Gradually taking on more responsibility as your knowledge and confidence grows.
