The Role

Working collaboratively with the wider Property Management team, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections
• Assisting with open homes and leasing duties
• Coordinating repairs and maintenance
• Liaising with landlords, tenants and trades
• Assisting with rental increase recommendations
• Assisting with lease renewals
• Managing day-to-day property management tasks
• Working towards team targets and KPIs
• Providing a high level of customer service across the portfolio

The Candidate

To be successful, you will ideally have:

• Minimum 12 months’ Property Management experience
• Certificate of Registration
• Reliable car and driver’s licence
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent organisation and time-management skills
• A proactive, team-focused attitude
• Confidence working within a fast-paced property management environment
