• Previous experience managing a residential property portfolio
• Strong knowledge of NSW tenancy legislation and leasing practices
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• A proactive and customer-focused approach
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
• A current Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Real Estate License
• A reliable vehicle and current driver's license

Responsibilities

• Managing the day-to-day operations of a residential property portfolio
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Negotiating lease renewals, rent reviews and new leases
• Managing arrears, compliance and tenancy matters
• Preparing owner reports and monitoring portfolio performance
• Coordinating maintenance, repairs and contractor management
• Implementing preventative maintenance and risk management strategies
• Overseeing marketing campaigns and tenant selection processes
• Managing budgets and financial performance
