Job summary

Vault Advisory is seeking a Senior Property Manager in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs to take ownership of an established portfolio of about 185 residential properties. The role offers autonomy within a polished boutique environment, with a supportive team and a stable agency reputation.

You will manage end-to-end property care, landlord/tenant communications, arrears, lease renewals, and compliance while enjoying a 1 day per week work-from-home arrangement in a boutique office setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum NSW Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Licence.
• Strong knowledge of NSW tenancy legislation.
• Experience managing a residential property portfolio.

The role

You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of a residential portfolio of approximately 185 properties, including:

• Landlord and tenant communication

• Maintenance and repairs

• Arrears management

• Lease renewals and rent reviews

• Tribunal matters where required

• Compliance and portfolio administration

• General day-to-day management of the portfolio

You’ll be trusted to manage your portfolio properly, while still having the support of an experienced and collaborative team around you.

About you

We’re looking for someone with solid residential Property Management experience who is confident managing a portfolio autonomously.

You’ll be organised, proactive, strong with clients and comfortable handling the full lifecycle of a portfolio.

You will also need:

• NSW Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Licence

• Strong knowledge of NSW tenancy legislation

• Previous residential Property Management experience

• Excellent communication and organisation skills
