Longreach Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Property Manager to lead a premium portfolio in Perth’s western suburbs. You will nurture relationships with owners, tenants and contractors, conduct inspections, and work with a small, collaborative team to deliver exceptional service.

The role requires WA registration, a valid WA driver’s licence and full Australian working rights. You’ll thrive on organisation, delegation and delivering a premium client experience in a respected, high-performing

Qualifications

• WA Property Management Registration required.
• WA driver’s licence required.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with property owners, tenants and contractors.
• Oversee portfolio inspections with outsourced PCRs providing support.
• Collaborate with Leasing Agent, Assistant Property Manager and Business Development Manager.
• Ensure properties and processes comply with WA legislation.
• Manage competing priorities and maintain high service standards.

Role & Responsibilities

Take ownership of a quality portfolio while enjoying the support and structure to manage your workload effectively. With outsourced PCRs and an established team around you, you can focus on building strong relationships and delivering a premium client experience.

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with property owners, tenants and contractors
• Oversee portfolio inspections, with outsourced PCRs providing additional support
• Work alongside a dedicated Leasing Agent, Assistant Property Manager and Business Development Manager
• Ensure properties and processes remain compliant with WA legislation
• Manage competing priorities, delegate effectively and maintain high service standards

About You

• Current WA Property Management Registration
• A valid WA driver’s licence
• Must have full Australian working rights in order to apply
