NewU Recruitment in Perth’s Western Suburbs is seeking a Senior Property Manager to take ownership of a sizeable portfolio and grow within a high-growth agency. You’ll work with a team of top professionals who value people and client service, offering great career advancement.

Take full control of a ~100-property portfolio across Perth, with daily client care, end-to-end management, and collaboration with the BDM and Trust Accountant. A vibrant, supportive culture awaits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Property Manager.
• Current Property Management Registration & CPD points.
• Tech-savvy with Property Tree experience highly regarded.
• Professional presentation with outstanding communication skills.
• A people-person with a genuine desire to deliver the best client experience.
• Able to manage tasks independently while still being a true team player.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of approximately 100 properties across Perth.
• Daily portfolio management duties with a strong customer service focus.
• End-to-end ownership of portfolio operations.
• Have support from the BDM and Trust Accountant.
• Be part of a management team that backs the staff.
