Job summary

Perth Markets Group Limited is seeking a Property Manager to take full management responsibility for a diverse WA property portfolio in Perth. You will engage directly with tenant owners, report to the Chief Property Officer, and collaborate with the in-house facilities team to optimise portfolio performance.

The role offers autonomy across leasing, tenant management, reporting and strategic property projects, with strong executive support and flexible hours for working parents.

Responsibilities

• Managing a diverse commercial portfolio including lease administration, renewals and rent reviews.

Perth Markets Group Limited is an unlisted public company, property owner, manager and developer responsible for the iconic Perth Markets and Market City precinct.

With a history dating back to 1897, the Perth Markets plays a critical role in Western Australia's food supply chain, supporting a diverse group of tenant businesses involved in the wholesale fresh produce trading, retailing, business services and weekend consumer markets.

Located on a 51-hectare site in Canning Vale, the precinct is home to more than 100 tenants occupying approximately 93,000 square metres of industrial, retail and commercial office space, making it one of the State's most unique and diverse property portfolios.

The opportunity:

• Take full management responsibility of a diverse property portfolio (low vacancy, quality tenants).
• Work client side for asset owner with opportunity to influence decisions
• Engage directly with tenant owners
• Supported by Assistant Property Manager and in-house facilities team
• Reporting to the Chief Property Officer working closely with senior leaders across internal teams
• Options to broaden skills and influence outcomes

You are an experienced property professional who enjoys building long-term relationships, solving complex challenges and delivering results.
