Ray White Cottesloe Mosman Park is seeking a Senior Property Manager to oversee a residential portfolio in Peppermint Grove, WA. You will drive operational excellence, ensure legislative compliance, and deliver exceptional landlord/tenant service across the Western Suburbs.

You should have 3+ years in residential property management, WA Act knowledge, and a proven track record of financial results. Strong communication, organisational skills, and a current WA PM registration are essential.

About the role

Ray White Cottesloe Mosman Park is hiring a full-time Senior Property Manager in Peppermint Grove, WA, to oversee a residential portfolio. This role focuses on driving operational excellence, maintaining legislative compliance, and delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants across the premium Western Suburbs market.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee a diverse portfolio of residential properties, ensuring optimal occupancy rates and tenant satisfaction
• Conduct regular property inspections and maintenance scheduling to ensure properties are maintained to the highest standards
• Handle tenant and landlord communications, addressing concerns and resolving disputes promptly and professionally
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation including the Residential Tenancies Act, privacy laws and property management regulations
• Manage rent collection and arrears recovery, maintaining strong financial controls and reporting
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs, liaising with contractors and tradespeople to ensure quality work and value for money
• Prepare detailed financial statements and reports for property owners on a regular basis
• Develop and implement property management strategies to enhance property value and investment returns
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, real estate agents and service providers
