Job summary

Silverhall Property Management is seeking a motivated and organised Junior Property Manager to join our growing team on the NSW Central Coast.

You will manage a residential portfolio, conduct inspections, support leasing, and deliver outstanding customer service while working with an experienced leadership team.

This role offers a flexible hybrid work arrangement, ongoing training, and clear career progression in a supportive, professional environment.

Qualifications

• Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Real Estate Licence.
• Excellent organisation and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel throughout Newcastle, Central Coast and Sydney.
• Availability to work Saturdays with a replacement day off provided during the week.

Silverhall Property Management is looking for a motivated and organised Junior Property Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with Property Management or Real Estate experience who is looking to build their career in a supportive and professional environment. You'll manage a residential property portfolio, build strong relationships with tenants, and provide outstanding customer service while working alongside an experienced leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a residential property portfolio
• Conduct routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections
• Build and maintain strong tenant relationships
• Assist with leasing and open homes
• Ensure compliance with NSW tenancy legislation
• Deliver exceptional customer service and communication
• Manage maintenance requests and general tenant enquiries
