Job summary

Gough Recruitment is seeking a confident, experienced Property Manager to take ownership of a key portfolio in Parramatta.

You’ll manage repairs, arrears, renewals, and landlord/tenant relationships, with support from a high-performing team and modern technology.

With 2+ years’ experience, a Registration or Licence, a valid driver’s license and own car, you’ll thrive in a structured, weekday role in Western Sydney.

Qualifications

• At least 2+ years’ experience managing your own portfolio.
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
• Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence, current driver’s licence & own car.
• PropertyTree experience is highly regarded.

• Oversee arrears, compliance & insurance claims.
• Conduct rental reviews & renewals.
