Job summary

Big River Group is seeking an experienced Senior Pronto ERP Support Specialist to join our Business Transformation & Technology team. You will own the Pronto Xi ERP stability, performance and enhancements across the Group, partnering with operations, IT and external partners to resolve complex issues and drive continuous improvement.

You will lead ERP projects, upgrades and integrations, provide mentoring to the ERP team and help shape the future of finance operations.

As part of our ongoing investment in technology and business transformation, we are seeking an experienced Senior Pronto ERP Support Specialist to join our Business Transformation & Technology team.

The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly experienced Pronto ERP professional to play a critical role in supporting and enhancing Big River Group's Pronto Xi ERP environment.

As the senior subject matter expert, you will be responsible for maintaining the reliability, performance and effectiveness of our ERP platform while providing advanced technical and functional support across the business. You will work closely with operational teams, technology stakeholders, and external partners to resolve complex issues, optimise business processes and deliver continuous improvement initiatives.

You will also contribute to key strategic projects, including system upgrades, acquisitions, integrations and ERP enhancement initiatives that support the future growth of the Group.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Provide senior-level technical and functional support for the Pronto Xi ERP platform across the Group.
• Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve complex ERP issues impacting business operations.
• Maintain system stability, performance and business continuity through proactive monitoring and support.
• Configure, maintain and enhance Pronto functionality to meet evolving business requirements.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimisation.
• Support ERP upgrades, acquisitions, business integrations and migration activities.
• Maintain system documentation, configuration records and support procedures.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring and guidance to other ERP support team members.
• Collaborate with vendors and technology partners to resolve escalated issues and deliver business outcomes.
• Contribute to ERP projects, testing, implementation and continuous improvement initiatives.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Extensive hands-on experience supporting, configuring and maintaining Pronto Xi ERP.
• Strong technical and functional knowledge of ERP systems and business processes.
• Proven experience diagnosing and resolving complex ERP-related issues.
• Experience supporting business-critical systems in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• The ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously.
• A proactive approach to continuous improvement and service excellence.

Highly Desirable

• Experience within building products, construction materials, manufacturing or distribution industries.
• Knowledge of Pronto Xi Applistructure tools.
• Experience with ERP upgrades, implementations and business migrations.
• SQL, database management, Cognos and/or Power BI experience.
• Experience across finance, purchasing, warehousing, inventory, sales or manufacturing modules.
