Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering low-rise and medium-rise construction projects.

• Experience managing procurement, subcontractor packages and project costs.
• Excellent client, consultant and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.

• Relevant Australian construction experience.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of projects, managing the programme, budget, procurement, quality, safety and key project stakeholders throughout the construction process.
• Work closely with the Site Manager, subcontractors, consultants, clients and internal project teams to ensure projects remain on programme, within budget and are delivered to the required quality standards.
