Job summary

CGC Recruitment is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a 6-month contract in Perth, Western Australia. The successful candidate will coordinate operations for a large-scale mixed-use development, ensuring safety and high-quality standards throughout.

Responsibilities include managing subcontractors, site inspections, and logistics. Ideal candidates will have a proven background in commercial construction, with strong communication skills and a current White Card. Immediate start available, with a competitive hourly rate.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Manager / Supervisor on commercial construction projects.
• Strong understanding of site safety, quality, and programme management.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Daily management and coordination of subcontractors and site activities.
• Ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to programme.
• Maintaining high standards of quality and workmanship.
• Coordinating site logistics and short-term programming.
• Conducting site inspections and managing compliance requirements.
• Working closely with the Senior Site Manager and consultant team.
