Job summary

Lendsworth Construction & Property Group in Perth seeks an experienced Construction Manager to lead multiple sites, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to specification.

You will take full control of site leadership, manage supervisors, drive safety, quality and productivity, and implement robust workflows across residential and commercial developments with a hands‑on, team‑focused approach.

Qualifications

• Five to ten years of experience as Construction Manager in a top-tier firm.
• Registered builder.
• Experience leading multiple sites and teams.
• Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline; post-graduate qualifications desirable.

Responsibilities

• Create and document business workflows across development, marketing, sales and construction.
• Implement and manage control systems that replicate business workflows.
• Update the comprehensive Business Plan in line with the Group Corporate Plan.
• Enhance processes for development, marketing, estimating, construction management and contract administration.
• Build leadership and management capability across the project team.
