Job summary

Sitzler Pty is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead a landmark Western Australia project. You will oversee on-site activities, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure safety and budget compliance. This permanent, full-time role is pivotal to project success.

Ideal candidates bring 15+ years site experience, a civil or trade background, and strong capabilities in estimating, administration and planning. WA-focused leadership and a proactive, team-driven mindset are essential.

Qualifications

Nationally recognised Construction Induction.
Minimum 15 years site experience with senior level on major projects.
Trade or civil background.
Minimum of 5 years in estimating, administration and project management.
Elevated Work Platform High Risk Work Licence.
Fire Warden & Extinguisher Training.
Exposure to contract administration.
Understanding of construction materials and methods.
Sound knowledge of management and planning skills.

Responsibilities

Managing and supervising all on-site activities to ensure project completion within time and budget.
Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers and stakeholders to maintain workflow.
Enforcing health and safety regulations on site.
Monitoring progress and providing regular reports to senior management.
Resolving issues or conflicts during construction.
