Job summary

HTS Constructions Pty Ltd in Perth is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead remote construction projects from planning through demobilisation. Based in our Perth office, you’ll manage safety, schedules and budgets while coordinating with a wide range of stakeholders across distant sites.

You’ll develop project plans with engineers, coordinate site and office teams to meet objectives, oversee mobilisation and logistics for remote works, and contribute to team development through

Qualifications

• 5+ years in construction project management across remote/regional infrastructure.
• Background in modular building or commercial construction preferred.
• Construction Industry Induction Card (White Card).
• C class driver's licence.
• Full working rights in Australia (visa sponsorship not available).

The Role

As Project Manager, you'll independently manage and deliver remote construction projects safely, on time and on budget. You'll be the driving force behind every phase of delivery, balancing head office responsibilities with on-site leadership.

You will:

• Create and present comprehensive project plans, schedules and budgets to a range of stakeholders
• Develop and review construction methodologies and workpacks alongside engineers and site teams
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across site and office to hit project objectives
• Plan resources, rosters, costings and schedules, to meet the project program
• Oversee the full logistics of mobilisation, execution and demobilisation for remote projects
• Help shape our people through onboarding, performance reviews and succession planning

About You

You're an experienced construction project manager who thrives on the unique challenges of remote and regional delivery. Experience in modular building or commercial construction will set you apart, and a background in engineering, commercial or construction management is ideal.

You'll need:

• Construction Industry Induction Card (White Card)
• C class driver's licence
• Full working rights in Australia (visa sponsorship is not available)

We'd love to see:

• A degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering or similar, or equivalent hands-on experience
• 5+ years in construction project management, ideally across remote/regional infrastructure, civil works, or resources and defence sector projects
• Formal project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2 or Cert IV in Project Management)
• Familiarity with Integrated Management Systems (IMS) and ISO Standards
• Broad experience spanning estimating, tender participation, FIFO team mentoring, logistics, technical and quality
