Job summary

RPS seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead client-side management of major construction initiatives in Australia. The role involves coordinating contracts, design management and stakeholder engagement.

Based in Perth with regular site meetings and short travel, relocation packages are available. Strong leadership and Defence sector experience are prized, along with baseline clearance eligibility.

Qualifications

• Australian citizenship and baseline security clearance.
• 5+ years project management experience in construction.
• Recent construction project experience with client-side, contractor or designer.
• Defence sector experience.
• Willing to travel for site meetings and activities.
• Strong contract administration and design management experience.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Project, Outlook).
• AIPM CPPM certification or equivalent viewed favourably.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-side PM on large-scale construction projects.
• Manage construction contracts and design management.
• Coordinate with defence sector clients and stakeholders.
• Guide and mentor junior staff.
• Travel to Garden Island/site meetings as required.
