Job summary

Altrad Services APAC is seeking an experienced Construction Manager in Perth to lead on-site delivery of a major SMP infrastructure project. You will oversee safety, productivity, and stakeholder expectations while maintaining alignment between planning, engineering, and field execution.

You will manage multidisciplinary site teams including supervisors, superintendents, and subcontractors, ensuring safe, efficient construction and adherence to project requirements, schedules, and budgets.

Qualifications

• Strong commitment to HSEQ leadership and safety culture.
• Extensive construction management experience on SMP projects.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary site teams (supervisors, superintendents, subcontractors).
• Solid understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing and SIMOPS.

Responsibilities

• Promote and lead a strong HSEQ culture across all activities.
• Lead on-site construction across SMP scopes to ensure safe, efficient execution.
• Coordinate supervisors, superintendents and subcontractors to deliver aligned outcomes.
• Work with engineering and planning teams to implement practical strategies.
• Interface between site teams and client representatives on-site.
