Job summary
Lead Group, an established commercial fit out builder delivering medical, healthcare, aged care, education and workplace projects across Sydney, seeks a project manager to join the team in Sydney CBD. Salary up to $185K + Super, with a clear pathway to Senior Project Manager and beyond.

Qualifications
- Experience delivering fitout projects valued between $1M and $20M.
- Experience in medical, healthcare, aged care or education sectors is highly regarded.
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage project financials.
- Experience working in live/operational project environments.
Responsibilities
- Assess scope, program and commercial risk upfront.
- Procuring trades and letting subcontract packages.
- Lead design coordination and resolve documentation issues.
- Manage clients, consultants and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with Site Manager to drive program, quality and safety.
- Oversee cost reporting, variations and claims.
- Protect project margin and commercial outcomes.
- Deliver handover, defects and final account.
