Morson Edge Australia is seeking a Senior Project Manager or an experienced PM ready to step up to lead flagship commercial fitout and workplace projects in Sydney. You will own delivery from pre-construction through handover, collaborating with design, commercial and client teams.

The role offers genuine career progression, a strong project pipeline and flexible working arrangements. You will manage budgets, schedules and risk while building lasting client relationships on high-profile projects

Qualifications

• Experience as a Project Manager within a reputable head contractor / fitout contractor (or similar).
• Strong commercial fitout, refurbishment and workplace project experience.
• Proven ability to manage projects from start to finish with client-facing responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial fitout projects from pre-construction through to handover.
• Take ownership of programme, budget, quality and project outcomes.
• Manage clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee procurement, contracts, variations and project financials.
• Lead and support site and project teams.
• Identify and manage project risks throughout delivery.
• Build strong client relationships and ensure successful project outcomes.
