Job summary

Clinton Recruitment Pty Ltd is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end fit-out and new-build construction projects from planning and procurement through to handover. The role spans heritage, retail, hospitality, commercial fit-outs, healthcare, workplace and education with project values from $3M to $50M+.

A clear pathway to Project Director exists for the right candidate. You will demonstrate strong commercial and financial management, outstanding programming skills, risk, safety

Qualifications

• Strong financial acumen and budget control skills.
• Effective leadership and coordination of multi-disciplinary teams.

You must have a strong skill set in the following areas:

Confident commercial and financial management skills

Outstanding programming skills – an ability to develop and maintain realistic construction programs and proactively manage delays and critical path issues.

Have strong risk management, safety and quality management overview

Be a true leader, a motivator and someone who is able to be a confident advocate for the company to stakeholders, internal staff and clients.

A relationship driven communicator who can navigate live environments, challenging stakeholder and client situations and can confidently deliver complex fit out and new build projects from start to finish.
