Job summary

Amida Group in Sydney is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager or Project Manager to lead high-spec commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects from inception through handover. You will manage multi-disciplinary teams, maintain schedules and budgets, and deliver safe, quality outcomes for blue-chip clients.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or similar.
• 10–15+ years delivering large fit-out/refurb projects.
• Proven leadership and team-building ability.
• Deep knowledge of local council/regulatory requirements.
• Strong project financial reporting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Develops relationships with stakeholders; strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with Jobpac/Procore/Asta Powerproject.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project teams to deliver on time and within budget
• Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, budget, schedule, and resources
• Oversee progress, track milestones, ensure quality standards
• Manage stakeholder relationships and maintain clear communication
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Ensure health and safety compliance and company policies
• Contribute to continuous improvement of PM processes
• Manage and document all quality concerns
