Qualifications

• Proven track record as a Project Manager within a commercial construction firm.
• Experience delivering projects valued at $2M+ (commercial fit background essential).
• Experience working in busy, live environments.
• Strong planning, organizational and budget management skills.
• Outstanding communication and team-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end delivery of commercial and fit-out projects ($500K - $5M AUD).
• Lead, coordinate, and manage site teams, Contracts Administrators, and subcontractors.
• Oversee project finances, budget tracking, and regular financial reporting.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Drive site setup through to final handover and client sign-off.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, subbies, and stakeholders.
