Job summary

Amida Group in Sydney seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead multiple concurrent projects across Commercial, Hospitality, Office and Government sectors. You will manage client relationships, coordinate design and delivery teams, and ensure projects stay on time and on budget.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, end-to-end project delivery, and familiarity with front-end DAs/SSDs. A client-side background or head contractor exposure is ideal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher in construction management or related field.
• 5+ years in client-side PM role with head contractor exposure.

Responsibilities

• Procurement of design consultants, contractors and specialists.
• Contracts administration and claims management.
• Management of statutory approval and design development processes.
• Exposure to multiple procurement models and contract types.
• Issues, risk and dispute management.
• Deliver PM services to the client within scope, schedule and budget.
• Scope development and tender submissions.
• Develop and maintain a strong network and deliver outstanding services.
• Manage regulatory approvals and design coordination.
• Stakeholder management and liaison in a live environment.
