Job summary

Amida Limited in Canberra is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multi-sector construction projects from concept through to delivery. You will manage client relations, procurement, and design coordination across Retail, Commercial and Residential sectors with a focus on quality and on-time delivery.

The role requires strong communication, stake holder management and a solid background in end-to-end project management, including contract administration and regulatory approvals.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in civil engineering, construction management or similar.
• 5+ years' experience in client-side PM or head contractor roles.
• End-to-end project management experience from concept to delivery.
• Contract administration experience and risk management.
• Experience with building projects, fit-outs and refurbishments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Procurement of design consultants, construction contractors and other specialists.
• Contract administration, claims management and progress reporting.
• Manage design development, approvals and regulatory processes.
• Oversee project scope, schedule, budget and change control.
• Coordinate with clients, stakeholders and site teams on live projects.
