Amida Recruitment in Sydney seeks an enthusiastic Assistant Project Manager to join a growing boutique consultancy delivering education, health, hospitality and government projects. You will support front-end through delivery on projects up to $60m+ with potential to $100m+, work across fit-out, refurbishment and new builds, and coordinate with clients and contractors in a live environment.

Qualificações

• Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or similar.
• 2–5+ years’ experience in a client-side PM role or head contractor experience would be ideal.
• Proven end-to-end project management skills from concept through to completion.
• Contract Administration experience and exposure to program management.

Responsabilidades

• Procurement of design consultants, construction contractors and other specialists.
• Contracts administration and claims management.
• Management of statutory approvals and design development processes.
• Exposure to various procurement models and contract types.
• Issues, risk and dispute management.
• Delivery of project management services toClient to agreed scope, schedule and budget.
• Develop and maintain strong networks and deliver outstanding services.
• Managing regulatory approvals and design coordination.
• Stakeholder management and liaison in a live construction environment.
• Health and safety and program management oversight.
• Construction management of project delivery and cost management.
