Job summary

DRA Global is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale engineering and project execution initiatives in Australia. You will oversee projects from handover to completion, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with quality, safety, and commercial objectives.

The role requires 15+ years' experience, strong leadership, client relationship skills, and proficiency in project controls, schedules, and risk management.

Qualifications

• 15+ years' project management experience delivering complex engineering projects.
• Strong knowledge of project delivery methodologies, engineering processes, and project controls.
• Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, risks and commercial outcomes.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and negotiation skills.
• Experience administering contracts and managing project change processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex engineering and project execution projects.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to achieve key milestones and deliverables.
• Proactively manage project risks, issues, scope changes, and stakeholder expectations.
• Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions where required.
• Manage contracts, variations, extensions of time, claims, notices, and commercial obligations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, project teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Drive a culture of collaboration, accountability, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Champion safety, health, environment, and quality standards across all project activities.
