CGC Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer to join a leading Tier 1 builder delivering major commercial projects across Western Australia. You will work with the Project Manager to manage packages, coordinate design and procurement, and ensure on-time delivery.

This role offers strong career development, mentoring of junior engineers, and close collaboration with a seasoned WA project team on high-profile developments.

Qualifications

• Experience managing major commercial construction packages.
• Strong knowledge of structural, façade, services or complex building packages.
• Proven ability to coordinate design, procurement and programming.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage major construction packages from procurement through to completion.
• Coordinate subcontractors, consultants and project stakeholders.
• Oversee construction programming, planning and sequencing of works.
• Manage design coordination, technical queries and engineering challenges.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, variations and commercial performance.
• Ensure works are delivered in accordance with safety, quality and programme requirements.
• Support and mentor junior Project Engineers and Site Engineers.
• Work collaboratively with the wider project team to drive successful outcomes.
