Job summary

CGC Recruitment in Perth is seeking a Project Manager with 4–8 years of experience to lead project delivery for a leading multidisciplinary engineering consultancy.

You will act as the main client contact, coordinate engineering teams, monitor progress and ensure QA checks are completed before issue.

This role focuses on managing scope, programme and budgets while mitigating risks and maintaining clear stakeholder communications across multiple disciplines.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of relevant project management or engineering delivery experience.
• Experience within an engineering consultancy, building services or related environment.
• Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
• An understanding of design coordination, documentation and QA processes.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and keep multidisciplinary teams on track.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
• A relevant qualification in engineering, construction management or project management.

Responsibilities

• Acting as a key client contact, managing expectations and providing regular project updates.
• Coordinating engineering teams and tracking deliverables against agreed milestones.
• Reviewing deliverables for completeness and ensuring required technical checks and QA approvals have been completed.
• Monitoring project scope, programme and budgets.
• Identifying risks, resolving delivery issues and managing changes to scope.
• Leading project meetings and following up on actions.
• Maintaining accurate project records and documentation.
