Job summary

CGC Recruitment is working with a well-established Tier 2 commercial builder in Perth to recruit an experienced Services Manager to lead building services coordination on major projects.

You will work with Project Managers, Site Managers and subcontractors to ensure mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and fire services are designed, installed, tested and handed over in line with program and quality standards. A collaborative, well-supported environment offers long-term opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Services Manager or Senior Services Coordinator.
• Experience with commercial head contractors.
• Experience delivering services packages on large-scale commercial projects.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and fire services (MEP).
• Qualifications in trades, engineering or construction.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, fire and other building services packages.
• Oversee services design coordination, procurement, installation and commissioning.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Site Managers, consultants and subcontractors.
• Review services documentation to identify clashes and resolve issues.
• Coordinate services programmes and ensure integration with construction schedule.
• Monitor subcontractor performance, quality, compliance and milestones.
• Manage services-related risks, variations and technical challenges.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, defect resolution and handover requirements.
