Job summary

Hastings Deering (Australia) Ltd is seeking a Senior Project Coordinator for the Avanti ERP transformation, based in South Brisbane. You will coordinate schedules, governance and reporting across the program, collaborating with stakeholders and delivery partners to keep delivery on track and aligned with strategic objectives.

The role requires strong stakeholder engagement, exceptional organisation and the ability to influence outcomes across teams.

Responsibilities

Assist the Senior Program Scheduler to maintain an integrated delivery plan across the Avanti Program.
Manage schedules, risks, dependencies and actions to keep workstreams aligned and on track.
Build relationships with business stakeholders, project teams and delivery partners.
Support workshops, meetings and program forums, ensuring actions and outcomes are progressed.
Provide high-quality project coordination, analysis and reporting to support decision-making.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working across the program.
